Peach Raspberry Cobbler

This is a brilliant cobbler recipe that is made with sweet and ripened fresh peaches blended with tasty and sweet fresh raspberries.

Ingredients -

4 Cups Fresh Peaches, sliced
1/2 Cup Fresh Raspberries
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Whole Milk

 
Preparation:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix the peaches, raspberries, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
    3. Allow the mixture to sit while proceeding with the remaining steps.
    4. Melt the butter in a 9x13 inch glass baking dish in the preheated oven.
    5. Evenly coat the dish and remove from heat.
    6. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 cup sugar in a medium bowl.
    7. Mix in the whole milk just until dry ingredients are evenly moist.
    8. Pour evenly into the buttered baking dish.
    9. Take scoops of the peach and raspberry mixture over the batter.
    10. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
