Quick Fruit Cobbler

If you are looking for a fast and delicious last minute homemade dessert then this is the solution to your search. Simple and easy just add any flavor of fruit pie filling and whip up some Bisquick cobbler and you have yourself a heck of a treat..

Ingredients -

1 Can blueberry, cherry, peach or any other fruit pie filling, (21 ounce)  
1 Cup Original Bisquick® Mix
1/4 Cup Whole Milk
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Butter, softened

 
Preparation:
  1. Spread the pie filling into an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Place in cold oven.
  3. Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  4. Let the pan heat for 10 minutes then remove the pan from the oven.
  5. While the pie filling is heating, stir in the remaining ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  6. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto warm pie filling.
  7. Sprinkle with additional sugar if desired.
  8. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until topping is light brown.
